In addition, the room has a private bathroom with WC / shower, hair dryer, towel warmer, floor-level shower and rain shower, and free toiletries. Soundproof windows are standard. The room is in the Basement and can be easily reached by elevator. 1 free bottle of water is available in the room for you. You can park your car in front of the house. I would be glad to assist you in all important belongings. A good Italian Restaurant is in a walking distance of 500m, also typical bavarian restaurants. The Munich Airport and the Thermal Spa Erding is located only 8km from our place. Check in time is from 2pm-6pm, if you will arrive after these ours, please contact us in advance.
