Light, airy large spacious studio above detached double garage. This studio has lovely high ceilings although some are sloping in the bed area and in the bathroom. The views are truely breathtaking, of north downs. Fantastic location close to both M20 an M2 so good for exploring all areas of Kent, or as a break on your journey. Located in Detling village so walking distance to the Kent County Showground, where regular large events are held. Also a short distance from Leeds Castle. Happy to consider 1 or 2 well behaved small/medium dogs, however they must be kept on leads whenever outside the property as we have cats in the main house. There is a small patio area at the front, with seating and a table, that can be used in warm weather. We are close at hand and available most of the time if you need anything. Detling has a lovely local pub and restaurant, and there is a village shop and post office next to the children’s playground. There are fantastic walks along the downs so a great location for a walking or exploring holiday. We are close to both the M20 and M2 so great for exploring Kent by car or for a break on a long journey to the channel or ferries. We are in the heart of the country whilst being very close to major amenities, and Maidstone, the county town of Kent, is a short car or bus journey away. Leeds castle is a short drive away and is well worth a visit if you have time. Parking is available in front of the garage. The studio now has its own private unlimited internet WiFi service available, which is ideal for anyone who wants to work from home whilst staying at the studio.
