Wine Country Cottage - WiFi - 30 Day rental

Privacy and convenience converge at this quaint cottage tucked off the beaten path, yet minutes from downtown St. Helena. Unwind to nature's music on the large deck or from the comfort of the screened-in porch. This 2 bed, 2 bath, home away from home offers a full kitchen, glassed-in breakfast nook, and cozy quarters in a peaceful setting. As your host, I am very familiar with the area and can make recommendations on restaurants, shopping etc. Here for a wine tour? We can help with that too! (Your Check-In Instructions are available the morning of check-in) Relaxation is the key at our home. We have comfortable beds in both bedrooms with quality linens and pillows. The master bedroom has a king bed, full bath and a slider door to the patio. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of natural light and a spacious closet. The second full bathroom is just across the hall. The sofa bed with a memory foam mattress is in the living room and is very comfortable. The house sits back from the road and has a circular driveway that goes all the way around the house. There is Dish TV and WiFi. Guests have full access to the house but no outbuildings. I am your host that does not live on the property. You will be mostly communicating with our co-host Jamie and she is a text or phone call away if you have questions or need help with anything. Jamie works closely with vineyards and transportation professionals. She can set up airport transportation, vineyard tours, restaurant reservations, anything to make your stay enjoyable! We want your experience at our home and in the lovely valley to be one you won't forget! The neighborhood is quite and peaceful. If you are flying in we suggest renting a car during your stay. If you are going to do a Wine Tour you will definitely need to hire a driver. Call Wine Tour Pros 707 and then 301 and then 3355. Jeremy is our contact there and he will take care of everything. Uber and Lyft drivers have a hard time finding this property, especially at night. You will need to call them and talk them through it. We do not want the neighbors to be disturbed by someone going to the wrong property. We have regular pest control and a wonderful cleaning service. That being said, you may still see a little spider or ant here and there. THIS PROPERTY IS NOT TO BE USED FOR WORKER HOUSING. IF YOU ARE THE ONE BOOKING YOU NEED TO BE THE GUEST. As you probably know, California is prone to wildfires. Areas around this property burned in 2020 and there are still burned trees, cleanup, and rebuilding going on all over Napa and Sonoma. Please be patient with residents, road workers, utility workers, and all the folks at the vineyards. It's been a hard year or so for everyone in the area.
