(With a step up into the flat). - The flat has its own entrance and its own parking space. The front door opens into the living space. - Both the living space & bedroom face the garden and the entire flat gets plenty of daylight. - Sliding patio doors in the Living Room open out to a patio (with a step down onto the patio) and decked area and garden. - BEDROOM - sleeps 2 and has a very comfortable new double bed and mattress (140 x 200cm). - LIVING ROOM - The main living space sleeps 2 and has a full size comfortable double Sofabed. ** NOTE - Please ADVISE US if you will need the Sofabed, so that we can prepare and leave the bedding ready. - A TRAVEL COT can be provided on request. *NOTE: we are NOT able to provide bedding for the cot. (Please remember to carry your own). ** We do not use feather/down bedding. There is plenty of additional wardrobe space in the hallway cupboard. - BATHROOM - has an overhead shower with great pressure. With shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper. - KITCHEN - is well equiped to prepare and cook a family meal. (Kitchen has hob, oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils). - GARDEN - the garden has a great social seating area on the decking. A high level of cleanliness is maintained. - LAUNDRY - Self contained. Washing machine and dryer facilities + ironing board (Website hidden by Airbnb) ** Laundry facilities are complementary, we kindly ask all guests to be mindful & considerate not to overuse in relation to the length/rate of your stay. *** If multiple washes/dries are done per day - £1 per wash/dry would be appreciated. - PARKING - one parking space allocated for the flat - on the drive - (park on the LEFT as you face the property from the street). Welcome box with a few goodies. Essentials in kitchen cupboards to use as needed, including some laundry products. SOFA BED - please ADVISE us (when you book) if the sofa bed will be needed so we can leave out details of where to find the bedding. LONG STAYS - Additional sets of bedding and towels will be left for this. LAUNDRY - washing machine & dryer facilities are complementary but we kindly ask all guests to be mindful and considerate not to overuse in relation to the length/rate of your stay. If multiple washes/dries are done per day £1 per wash/ dry would be appreciated. BREAKFAST This is not included as part of the price, as we view it as a gesture to all guests. For all stays we aim to make your first few mornings as easy as possible, so we leave you basics to make yourself breakfast. Unless specifically requested, any of the following combinations will be selected by ourselves. For stays up to 2 nights, some of the following items may be left: - cereal & milk - porridge pots - fruit For stays up to 7 nights, additional items might also be left such as: - bread & condiments - bread & eggs As a guide we will not provide enough for 2 people staying any more than 2 nights. There will always be Tea, Coffee and 1 carton of milk. TREATS This is at our discretion but we do love to leave some goodies for our guests aside from the basics in the cupboards. Hosts live nearby and in most situations can be available if needed at the drop of a hat. Please don't hesitate to send us a message should you have any queries or in case of a problem. We are otherwise very happy to give guests their privacy. Situated in one of the four residential areas considered Central Milton Keynes. It has better access to the train station than most other "central" flats on airbnb (17 min walk or 3 min taxi). Located on the central boulevard and a frequently used route to the local shops by mums with kids and by students from the nearby college and 6th form. Local shops 1 minute away with Lidl and Tesco Express, as well as 3 pizza take-aways & recommended indian restaurant. Nearby gyms. KITCHEN Tea, coffee and milk will always be left for you. We try to ensure the cupboards also have some other basics like cooking oil, herbal teas, porridge, squash, bag of pasta etc. We trust guests to use what they need from the cupboards. BEDLINEN / TOWELS We leave extra bedding and towels for longer stays. ❗NOTE: We prefer to wash the bedlinen and towels ourselves, so there is no need for you to wash them. WASHING MACHINE & DRYER You can use the washing machine and dryer. We will leave a couple of capsules for the machine. Please be mindful and considerate of washing machine use in relation to length and rate of your stay. HEATING - ELECTRIC RADIATORS The flat is heated by electric radiators - with sensors - so if a window or door is left open for a duration the radiators will go into standby mode! The radiators will already be turned on for you before your check-in and are programmed for your stay. Please let us know if you require any adjustments to it or if heating is not needed you can easily turn them off at the wall. ❗DO NOT place items of clothing on the radiators or cover them!!! OTHER When you have little ones with you there is a TRAVEL COT available (UPON REQUEST) - but bedding is not provided! FRONT DOOR We have a Smart doorbell. it is in place incase you are locked out without a phone to conatct us.
