Situated on the bank of the River Orne, in the heart of the 'Suisse Normandie' Our Fully Renovated Cottage is in the centre of the Picturesque Village of Pont D'Ouilly. Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River. The Cottage has been fully renovated in 2020, with new Kichen and Bathrooms fitted, as well as new flooring throughout and furniture. Within the Garden there is a covered Gazebo area, where you will have use of the Bar BQ and Wood Burner/Pizza Oven. Parking is available on site. All Bedding and Towels are washed in Non Biological powder The Gazebo area is at your disposal with a large BBQ During your stay, we live on site and will be able to help with any queries you may have. The Cottage is in the centre of the village and is a moments walk from the local Bars, Restaurants and shopping facilities. There are 2 Bakeries in town, perfect for your morning Croissants, You can also find a mini market, Health food shop stocking all locally grown produce and a Butchers. Pont D'Ouilly Leisure is also a few minutes walk away, where you can hire Kayaks, Canoes, Paddleboards etc. A short drive and you will find the Orne Adventure Activity site and the Roche D'Oetre with its stunning scenery and walks. The famous ' Velo Francette' also runs through the village and forms part of 600km cycle route from Ouistreham to La Rochelle. There are numerous cycle and walking routes for all levels of expertise. Other local activities include, paragliding, The Velo Rail, Horse Riding and Rock climbing to name but a few. Fishing permits can be purchased in the village where you can fish from the River and other Lakes nearby. There are 3 Golf Courses within the Hour from The Cottage
