The master bedroom is en-suite and has a large office and library. The rest of the bedrooms share in pairs a hallway and a bathroom ideal for families of four people. One of the bedrooms is equipped with a baby cot set up for couples with a toddler. They all have access to the central living space with a fireplace, comfortable lounge area, a massage chair, and balcony. A sculpture wooden staircase (awarded at international furniture show - Inerscala - in 2000), leads from the living space to the attic, which is designed as a small apartment with a private bathroom and can host up to 3 people. On the raised ground floor of 250 square meters, you will find another bedroom with a double bed, which can be separated into two single beds. The room has an en-suite master bathroom and gives access to an office with a library. All bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioner and central heating as well as hot water 24 hours a day. The spacious dining room and luxury lounge area are equipped with a fireplace. The wooden floors are paved with classic Persian carpets while unique paintings decorate the walls. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, electric cooker, mini-appliances, and a large wardrobe fridge, providing ice cubes and cold filtered drinking water. You will also be pleased to find the "Liakotο", a covered space designed as a private Winter Garten, attached to the main living areas, perfect for those who want to enjoy the Greek sun all year round. In this area you have the chance to play billiard, table tennis and it is also equipped with a treadmill and gym organs. This space also gives access to the underlying garden, where the guests are welcome to enjoy the private playground and a tennis/ basketball court (racquetballs and balls are provided) and the lovely barbeque kiosk. The living spaces on both the ground and upper floor are equipped with large TVs. The ground floor has two separate entrances, one of which offers parking space. The owner of the house lives in an apartment below, with an independent entrance, so the guests will be completely independent. He is a doctor and always willing to help with any issues of medical or other nature. The house has a security system (Planet and Falcon Security) and a lovely dog that the owner looks after. There is also a lift between the two floors. 2 kilometers away from the house one can reach the two main squares of Penteli, favorite destination for the Athenians mainly during the summer due to their breezy atmosphere. There you will find many famous taverns, souvlaki places, pizzerias, and cafes, as well as two important sights of Athens.
