Apartment 2nd floor. Completely newly renovated historic building located directly on the Neckar and the Elsenz. The fabulous view of the Neckar and the mountains and the central and quiet location in Neckargemünd offer a perfect balance. In the immediate vicinity many recreational opportunities are offered and the good public transport fast trips to e.g. Heidelberg (10min) allows. The apartment itself has been stylishly and modernly furnished and has all the amenities. First bedroom: The apartment has a quiet bedroom with a double bed 180x200cm (two 7-zone quality mattresses). Of course we provide you with bed linen free of charge. The bedroom has enough space to to set up the existing travel cot. The bedroom has a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. You also have a fantastic view of the Neckar and the mountains beyond. Second bedroom: The second bedroom is also very quiet and has two single 80x200cm mattresses. The two beds can be put together to a double bed. As in the first bedroom, we provide you with the bed linen free of charge. A small chest of drawers for your luggage complete the features in this bedroom. Living room: The bright living room has a fabulous view of the Neckar, the Elsenz and the mountains beyond. As an additional sleeping possibility for children or snores is here a sofa bed for 2 persons 160x200cm available. In addition, the living room has a dining table for 4 people, a 42-inch TV and an armchair. Bathroom: The bathroom is modern and has various extras such. a Rainshower shower head and a mirror indirect lighting. The toilet is in the bathroom. Shower towels and towels are available for free. Kitchen: The kitchen has a fridge freezer, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee maker, microwave and a toaster. Input range: The approximately 4 square meters large entrance area is sufficient for more luggage, enough jackets, shoes and thus separates the living area from the entrance area with an additional door. We rent privately as a family and are depending on the arrangement also like personally on site In the immediate vicinity of the apartment are very cozy cafes and restaurants. Also shopping possibilities are given. The area is an ideal destination for cycling, water sports, hiking and many more active sports. In addition, the proximity to Heidelberg (10 minutes), which allows a quick trip to the historic city of Heidelberg. Also unique are the views of the Neckar and the mountains and the fantastic quiet location right on the river. In approx. 100m distance there is the next bus stop around. to go to Heidelberg (10min). In approx. 500m distance is the next station. It takes about 90 minutes by train from Frankfurt airport to the apartment.
