Maremma Country House - A magical place totally immersed in nature

What makes Maremma Country House unique? This Country House is the ideal place for those who want to take a break and immerse themselves together with their friends and / or family in an atmosphere of peace and tranquility in which the protagonists are the trees, the flowers, the animals of the small farm and above all the fallow deer, majestic and elegant that every day at sunset gather near the house to eat. A magical place where you can rediscover the taste of simple things like 4 chats around the fire or a walk in the woods or reading a good book in the shade of a centuries-old oak or an aperitif by the pool. A natural context where the real protagonists are the animals and especially the fallow deer, animals with an elegant and refined bearing, discreet and at the same time docile. You will be able to enjoy their pleasant presence and if you want you can be the protagonist in the daily rite of food administration. Every evening at around 19:00, the fallow deer gather near the house to receive their daily meal. THE Beautiful period residence consisting of a main building, a 16th century farmhouse, and multiple stone farmhouses that frame it. To make this place even more magical 2 wooden houses in which it seems to be suspended between the trees. The surrounding park is about 7 hectares, with centuries-old oaks and a fun pond where the real protagonists of this magical place often go to water: the white fallow deer. Surrounded by fruit trees we then have the swimming pool which enjoys a wonderful view of the surrounding landscape and the characteristic village of Montemerano. In the evening you can enjoy an aperitif by the pool or under the pergolas to taste the typical products of the Maremma together with an excellent local wine famous all over the world. Finally you will have at your disposal the small beauty room where you can enjoy moments of relaxation during a massage by our Martina. For the little ones, a play area dedicated to them where they can play in total freedom and safety equipped with a swing, slide and a delightful wooden house. Accompanied by an adult, they will then be able to visit the small farm with goats, hens with colored eggs and angora rabbits, as well as go to the lake where they can admire local animals depending on the season, such as herons or ducks. We love animals and even your 4-legged companion is welcome here and can stay at no additional cost. You will be our ideal customer if you love nature, animals, freedom and the desire to share creative activities or simply memories and old stories together with friends or loved ones who may live far away, each in his own corner of the world. In this magical place you can finally find yourself and live to the rhythm of a still wild and uncontaminated nature. The main farmhouse of the '500 consists of a living room with large fireplace, dining room with fireplace, TV area, kitchen, bathroom, two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, porches. Around 6 stone houses revolve, each has 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom, finally there are 2 wooden houses suspended between the trees, each has 1 bedroom with en suite bathroom. In the large interior spaces such as the kitchen and the lounges you can meet to prepare tasty dishes with the typical products of the area or simply share memories that are long gone. The rooms are furnished with refined simplicity. Very comfortable over-sized beds thanks to the mattresses specially made by a local craftsman. Various types of pillows are available based on specific requests. The furnishings range from the late 19th century furniture to the Indian console table, an eclectic style thanks to the many travels of the Owner who lived in Africa, France and the United States and who therefore brought with her unique pieces that contribute to giving this place a particular flavor. All rooms have an en-suite bathroom and are equipped with flat screen TV, mini-bar, air conditioning, hairdryer, shower, courtesy line; a small outdoor area of relevance, terrace or garden. The structure has a total of 10 rooms. In detail we have: • 1 family room consisting of 2 communicating rooms ideal for 2 adults and 2 children. • 4 triple rooms ideal for 8 adults and 4 children • 5 double rooms ideal for 10 adults This Country House can comfortably accommodate 20 adults and 6 children (03-10 years) as well as the little ones (0-3 years) who are welcome and who we will try to accommodate by giving them everything they need, from baby cot to the high chair, from the changing table to the bottle warmer. The swimming pool is open from April to October. EXTRA Electricity consumption is included in the rate up to a maximum of 800 kwatt per week. The surplus will be paid on site and will be calculated € 0.40 / kwatt. EXTRA ON REQUEST Cleaning service available upon request with a surcharge of 12,00 € per hour. Cook service on request at a cost of € 50.00 for the lunch and € 70,00 for the dinner  (raw materials excluded) We remind you that at check-in you will have to pay the tourist city tax, where applicable.
