Flanders Hall is a lovely detached cottage situated in the village of West Burton just seven miles from Leyburn in the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage can sleep twelve people in one super king-size double bedroom (can be zip/lin to twin) with child's pull-out bed, two super king-size double, one double and two twin bedrooms as well as bathroom, wetroom and ground floor cloakroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, two sitting rooms with a woodburner and a double sofa bed, sitting room with open fire. Outside is ample off road parking and private patio with furniture. Flanders Hall is a delightful house set within superb gardens in a beautiful part of the country. Amenities: LPG central heating and underfloor heating (in kitchen/diner and hall) with two woodburning stoves and open fire. AGA, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, drying rack, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for fires inc. in rent, firewood provided on honesty box basis. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair available. Ample off road parking.
