The spacious living-dining area (approx. 50 sqm) with a ceiling height of up to 6 meters awaits you to linger, three bedrooms offer space for up to 6 people, two bathrooms, a guest toilet and the cozy kitchen complete the generous space of a total of 120 sqm. The whole house is lovingly furnished to a high standard, including the kitchen and bathroom. In the cooler season, a large tiled stove provides additional cozy warmth. Several inns and a restaurant (in the castle) with a cozy atmosphere and beer gardens offer excellent Franconian and local cuisine right in the village. From the castle you can enjoy a wonderful view over the romantic Franconia. Located between Rothenburg o.d.T. and Ansbach, from Colmberg you can reach many interesting excursion destinations such as Rothenburg o.d.T., the lovely Taubertal, Schillingsfürst Castle, Dinkelsbühl, the well-known salt thermal bath in the free imperial city of Bad Windsheim with its large, lively open-air museum and many other destinations. The slightly hilly landscape and the plateaus invite you to hike and bike rides, lakes for swimming and the Taubertal to cool off. Many sporting activities are possible such as Golf courses, one of them right on the doorstep, horse riding and many other sports.
