Lovely harbourside cottage

With the hustle and bustle of Mevagissey just 5 minutes away, the stunning Lost Gardens of Heligan 8 minutes away, The Customs House is the perfect location. The Eden Project is 20 minutes away near St Austell, well worth a visit. The sandy beach at Pentewan is only a few minutes walk away, which also has a wonderful beach restaurant. There is a great local pub with garden a few minutes in land. Beautifully decorated and equipped with all the comforts of home, the cottage looks over the main square and out onto the harbour and sea beyond. Accommodation Ground Floor: Small Porch, kitchen, dining room, bathroom with large shower. The dining room has a sofa bed which makes a small double bed (available on request). First Floor: Reached via open staircase to a living room (please note open staircases are not ideal for everyone - especially young children and those with mobility issues), bunk bed room and separate bathroom with roll top bath. Second Floor: Master double bedroom also reached via an open staircase. Exterior: Small front garden with seating. A short walk away in the adjoining road is a parking space for 2 cars as well as a small patio/garden area with exterior furniture and a rotary drier. Facilities & Services Heating is via central heating throughout. The kitchen has a range of modern equipment. There is a gas hob with an electric oven, a microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge / freezer, dishwasher & washing machine and tumble dryer. In the living room area there is a flatscreen digital Freeview TV & DVD player, CD & Radio. WiFi is available at the property. There is an iron & ironing board. There is a cot and high chair available on request. Miscellaneous Electricity, heating, bed linen & towels are all included but you will need to provide your own beach towels. Regrettably no smoking or dogs are allowed. There is private parking for up to 2 vehicles at the back of the cottage. General Booking Information Arrival / Departure is a Saturday. Shortbreaks are available during quieter periods. £200 pre-authorised to your credit or debit card as a security deposit is required.
