Entire house in the south of Rotterdam. The house comes with a fully equipped open kitchen, a fire place, two bedrooms, a cinema room, a record player and a little garden. The house was built in 1935 and a lot of the old elements are still there, it has a warm vintage look and will make you feel right at home. The south of Rotterdam is accessible from the city center by metro (10 min) or bike (15 min and possible to use ours) or watertaxi :) Very close to Ahoy, Katendrecht and Wilhelmina pier This special place in the South of Rotterdam is perfect for couples or friends. There are two bedrooms, two toilets, two balcony's, one shower, one garden and a really cosy fire place. It's a three story house without an elevator; on the first floor you'll find the living room with fire place, kitchen and dining table, the garden and a toilet. On the second floor you'll find a bedroom with a 180 cm x 210 cm boxspring, the bathroom, a baby room and another toilet. On the third floor you'll find the second bedroom, with big window panes and a balcony, a cinema/game room and a washing room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The house is located on walking distance of supermarkets, outdoor market Afrikaandermarkt and concert and club venues Maassilo and Ahoy. Also near to Katendrecht and the Wilhelmina pier, two cool peninsula's with restaurants, foodhalls, bars, a cinema, the photo museum etc. You can get there by foot, bike or shuttle boat as well. Our neighbourhood called Tarwewijk is just south of Katendrecht between the Erasmus bridge and the Maas tunnel. Offcourse we will share our neighbourhood tips and tricks on bars, restaurants, playgrounds etc. We will always be around or reachable to help you with questions or advice. The house is close to metro stop Maashaven (10 min walk) and Tram number 2 (3 min walk), it is possible to park your car in front of the house.
