Yew Tree House is a newly built coastal retreat sitting at the forefront of a cluster of luxury homes in the North Norfolk village of Weybourne. Just a short walk from the beach, famous 45-mile-long coastal path, the village pub ‘The Ship’ offering fantastic local produce and a large selection of gins and craft beers and the well-stocked village shop. Guests will feel relaxed the moment they step foot into this gorgeous property with its stylish yet practical interior which has been carefully thought through by the owners. With a large kitchen/diner, separate utility room, two family living areas, four good sized bedrooms and a large garden, this fabulous property offers flexible, family-friendly accommodation. The kitchen/diner is located to the rear of the property and with its French doors open, makes dining al-fresco easy on the pretty, suntrap patio. The kitchen has been finished to a high quality and is equipped with everything you could need in a self-catering house including 2 integrated ovens, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, integrated dishwasher, microwave and a table comfortably seating 8. Tucked away off the kitchen is a convenient utility room equipped with a separate sink, storage cupboards, washing machine and tumble dryer. The light and airy living room has comfortable soft furnishings surrounding a wood burning stove which adds to the relaxed cosy atmosphere of the house. There is a large Smart TV with built-in Freesat and patio doors leading to the fully enclosed, lawn garden and terrace area. The outside terrace is equipped with outdoor seating for 8 and a charcoal BBQ, ideal for summer evenings with the family and friends. The garden offers children a place to play safely. A gate in the back fencing allows easy access to the private parking facilities Yew Tree House has to offer. Outside in the converted garage is a separate games room with a pub-style, slate bed pool table, table tennis table and darts board. Back inside the house, there is a separate children’s snug room with its own Smart TV and a fantastic selection of games making it the perfect place for the little ones to play whilst the grown-ups socialise. Upstairs there is a large master bedroom which has a lovely comfy super king bed, built in wardrobes, a Smart TV on the wall and a beautiful high-quality en suite shower room with walk-in ‘rain’ shower. Along the landing is a second king Bedroom with a chest of drawers for storage and plenty of hanging space. Adjacent to this bedroom is a good-sized contemporary family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Down the corridor are two further bedrooms, one twin room and one triple sleeper bunk bed with a queen sized double. With ample living space and four good-sized bedrooms, Yew Tree House is the perfect coastal retreat for two families coming away together. If you fancy a spot of shopping, catch the Poppy Line Steam Train from Weybourne Station to Holt Market town with its collection of unique boutique shops, galleries and cafes. Weybourne village is home to the UK’s largest privately-owned military museum, The Muckleburgh Collection, once a secret military camp in WWII. The village pub serves superb local fayre and stocks over 140 gins! There is village shop that is well stocked with all of the basics you could need and has a little cafe. If your feeling active Kelling Heath fitness centre (1 mile) has a state of the art gym, both an indoor and an outdoor pool and tennis courts. Yew Tree House allows 2 well behaved dogs by separate arrangement. There is a charge of £20 per dog.
