Top floor ensuite Twin Annexe

Stay on the private second floor of our family home in the wonderful town of Hitchin. The bedroom offers basic accommodation for one (or two people as a twin room). The rooms are accessed through the main house front door, up 2 flights of stairs. On the same floor you will also find your dressing room and private shower room with basin and toilet. You will find Tea and coffee in your dressing room. Due to the current pandemic, I can offer cereal or pastry breakfast served to your room only. Private use of the second floor, comprising small twin, dressing room and shower room. A Basic breakfast will be available served to your room. The kitchen is not available to cook your own food in. Second floor only My young family and I will be around most of the time, however we lead very busy lives and will leave you to enjoy your private stay. Situated on the west side of Hitchin near the top of a hill, 5 minutes walk from the towns shops, (including Waitrose) and a short stroll out to rolling fields and a nature reserve. Hitchin has good transport links. There are bus routes around Hitchin, and to Luton and Stevenage. There is also direct access to London by road or rail from Hitchin. We have three children who will respect your privacy, but may like to chat in the communal areas of the house! For single guest stays only, you will have a television and clothes rail and hangers also.
