Guests get one parking spot in our driveway and there is an abundance of on street parking surrounding our home. On street parking is free. The bedroom is spacious with a brand new bed and linens. The blinds are light blocking to ensure you get a great night of sleep. The bedroom also features a walk-in closet. The unit has a washer and dryer right off of the bedroom. Free laundry right next to the bedroom, SCORE! An iron and full sized ironing board is provided as well. The spacious kitchen has everything to need to cook a meal like a boss. The kitchen in stocked with Emeril pots and pans, a Crock-pot, Keurig Machine, full sized fridge and a full sized stove/oven. Save some money dining in on delicious home cooked meals. Guests have access to their unit which is above our garage. They access the unit from a private entrance. We live in the main house. If you have any issues or concerns, we are available 24/7. If we have time, we enjoy cooking for our guests and sharing a meal with them. We haven't met one person that doesn't have something to share with us! Our location puts you 5 minutes from both Stanford and CHI Hospitals, the malls or Civic Center. We live on site in the main house. We LOVE sharing meals with people and hearing about others lives. If our schedule allows, we would enjoy sharing a meal with you. We do have children. Our kids play in our back and front yard. If hearing children play or occasionally fight bothers you, this may not be the rental for you. If the windows and doors are closed to the unit, our sounds are very minimal. We ask our children to be quiet before 10 am each morning. We don't hear our guests sounds. The unit is located above our garage and against a cinder block wall in our home. If you want to watch a show on Netflix at 2am loud. Go for it. If you want to do a P-90X video at 6:00 AM that has a ton of jumping. Get it done. We won't hear it. We are located just north of main street in Bismarck. Our home is conveniently located and a short drive to anywhere you want to be in Bismarck/Mandan area. You can see the ND State Capital from our front yard. Alot of our guests have used Uber to get around. They have had good results with Uber. We love to travel as a family. We love kids. We have four. We welcome guests with children. That being said, this home is not in any way child safe ( ie no child locks, no electrical outlet covers, no furniture anchors, no trunk lock, no toilet lock, blinds may contain strings, and children have to be watched in the bathtub as our plumbing is older and if turned on high could burn a child.)
