Self contained and stylish annex in large village with four pubs/restaurants with lovely outside eating areas. Well equipped kitchen with washer dryer and lounge area with gas log burner. Outside space for sunny breakfasts/evening drinks. Walking distance mainline station (London 50 minutes) and rolling countryside. Short drive to wild or traditional seaside, zoo and historic sites. Owners live in adjacent house. Enhanced cleaning and keyless entry. This was originally the detached garage to our 1937 cottage- it retains the old beams and roof shapes ( with bedroom area with limited headroom as photos show) but has been updated to provide modern luxuries for a comfortable stay. We have picnic set and basic Pilates equipment and mat for use. The whole annex and the small patio to the front of the building. We often can also offer the whole of the rear garden with garden furniture, BBQ and lights. Please ask when booking. We live on the premises and love to interact with our guests if they wish to, or respect their privacy if they do not! We have more than 30 years of local knowledge so we are delighted to advise on or arrange visits if needed.
