Exclusive use of whole house, maintained by professional housekeeping. Close to MK Stadium for football and events, MK1 Shopping/IKEA and Leisure. Great for Bletchley Park Codebreakers Museum or visiting professional teams. There are few such roomy houses available locally. Ashland House is in a new development (building works completed), easily walkable to the Stadium and surrounding leisure and shopping attractions. One designated private parking bay and unlimited free on-street parking, good local shop and fast food options within 200 metres. Guests have access to the whole house and garden. Fully equipped kitchen with large dining table seating 8 comfortably. Separate living room. TV with Prime Video and Netflix included. The house is in a terrace with neighbours on either side meaning we ask guest to respect them at all times. This means no smoking near the house and no noise in the garden after 10pm. Ashland neighbourhood is 10 minutes walk to the Stadium, home of MK Dons with its large Hilton Hotel, retail and leisure centre including Marks and Spencer, Primark & other high street names, Odeon Cinema with Gallery & Costa plus a great variety of branded restaurants. Ashland has been developed around one of Milton Keynes most attractive lakes complete with walks and wildlife. Simpson Village and the Grand Union canal link directly by short footpath to Ashland Lakes. Milton Keynes is designed for the car, meaning that there are separate walking and cycle (Red) routes away from main roads. Bus stops are within 3 minutes walk and will take you into Milton Keynes Centre, the train station and direct to Aylesbury. Bring your bicycles and enjoy a side of the City that car journeys will not reveal! Guests must take care to dispose of waste cleanly (to avoid messing the house and waste storage areas), recycle carefully in accordance with the Council policies - all in the House Guide and put out the waste of Tuesdays for collection on Wednesday.
