Two bedroom cottage within a couple of minutes walk of the beach, harbour & high street with takeaways, pubs & independent shops. Through the front door you will find large lounge with two comfortable sofas, smart tv & dinning area. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Private un-overlooked courtyard to back. Main bedroom comprises of king size bed & second bedroom, two single beds. Good size bathroom with shower Free parking outside property between 6pm-8am and drops offs of half an hour. Also there is free parking available within a minute walk at the end of road. However once on the island you may find no need for the car with the centralised location of the cottage. But also do visit the local vineyard, Cudmore Country Park and Mersea boating lake for water sports. Buses on and off the island take you to the ancient city of Colchester with its Castle. Colchester zoo (approx 8 miles) World renowned Tiptree Jam Factory (approx 5 miles) Five Lakes Golf Course (approx 10 miles)
