A free-standing cottage with a double bed, mini kitchen with small fridge (complete with dishes, flatware, pans, utensils, seasonings, toaster, blender), coffee maker and large supplies of teas, air conditioning, and rocking chair. Bathroom has a shower (no tub). The bathroom is small and not handicapped accessible. Hair dryer, extra towels, and LOTS of toilet paper. The cottage is properly sanitized after every guest. We have a UV generator/air purifier running 24/7. Wi-fi and Smart TV connected to internet (ROKU available). Please park at the top of the driveway in the turn around. Grocery store on S MAIN ST via streets or walking path behind cottage--1600 steps away. Granville is home to Denison University. The village is well maintained, beautiful homes, quiet neighborhoods, low crime, excellent schools. The Columbus, Ohio airport is 28 miles away. The guest house adjoins a 20-mile-long bike path. Airport advice from guest JULIE: Denison parents schlepping belongings back home can leave their cars at the Columbus airport departure zone with hazard lights on and trunk open while they do curb side check in of extra bags. Then you can easily return your rental car. Windows look out on the chicken yard and flower gardens, no neighbors. Please do not enter the hen yard as the rooster will fuss at you as he protects his flock.
