Entire home in Lewes with hot tub

Our home is a bright open-plan family bungalow with sun-drenched front garden and a hot tub in the decked back garden. It’s ten mins on foot to the centre of Lewes and 3 mins' walk to the beautiful South Downs National Park. The bungalow is on a quiet cul de sac and has a driveway for 1 car. Sleeps 4: one Double bedroom and one children’s bedroom with 1 or 2 singles. The open-plan living space is fantastic for families and we have all the home comforts for a zero-fuss stay. The bungalow is full of character and useful modern amenities. It is very well kept and clean. There are two bedrooms at the back of the property. The master bedroom has a door leading to the decked back garden, where you will find a 6-person hot tub heated to 38 degrees all year round: perfect for daytime family fun or nighttime relaxing. There are two bathrooms. The master bedroom has an en suite with walk-in shower, toilet and basin. The other is a small family bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet. The open-plan living space comprises kitchen, living area and dining area, with bi-fold doors opening the whole house to the front deck and lawn, complete with outdoor sofas, chairs, BBQ and some children's toys. The living area has a three-seater sofa, an armchair, a tub chair plus lots of occasional pouffes and stools. We have a TV with Freesat plus DVD player and an extensive collection of DVDs. Travel cot available if needed along with a range of children’s toys and useful items (bed guard, potty, loo steps, bath toys etc.). The bungalow is modern and well kept with all mod cons (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer etc.) and central heating. Beds are less than 3 years old, good quality and comfy. We'll provide wardrobe and cupboard space for your clothes and the house will be professionally cleaned before your arrival. The bungalow might be suitable for someone who needs an accessible home or is in a wheelchair, although there is a single step up to the deck at the front of the property (18cms/7") and the bedrooms and bathrooms do not have modifications to make them more accessible. Guests can access the whole space except for a storage room We will always be available for questions by text or phone call and happy to guide you on great places to visit, eat and drink. We are ten minutes' walk to the high street with its range of restaurants, shops and tourist attractions including the fantastic new Depot cinema and restaurant. The nearest park is 3 mins' walk away and the South Downs are also 3 mins away. Brighton is 20 minutes by car or by train. We have a private driveway with space for one car. The nearest bus stop is 4 mins' walk with buses to Brighton and Tunbridge Wells. The railway station is 15 mins' walk with trains to Brighton (20 mins journey time) or London (1hr)
