There is also a second kitchen next door with a double oven, gas hob, sink and fridge/freezer leading to the downstairs WC. The downstairs living space has a lovely wood burner and bi-fold doors leading to the patio area swimming pool. There is a fabulous games room with a pool table, large flat screen smart TV and lots of toys for children. On the first floor, there are 4 double bedrooms (3 ensuite), 1 twin bedroom with a good size family bathroom with a bath and large power shower. The ground floor double suite has an ensuite bathroom with a shower and a bath with a dressing room area which is ideal for a travel cot. With its large grounds, secluded swimming pool, incredible spacious living space and immaculate decor this house would be a perfect place to come on holiday with families, friends and don't forget the dogs too! The owners have thought of absolutely everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, providing travel cots, highchairs and plenty of toys to keep the little people very happy! Kingsdown beach is only a short walk where you have a gorgeous beach, perfect for rock pooling when the tide is out. There are two really good pubs nearby on the beach which are super child and dog friendly. The village itself is only a short drive or walk away and it has a couple of shops and an excellent butcher. The house is right opposite Kingsdown and Walmer Golf club so ideal for any keen golfers. Deal is either a great cycle ride away along the pretty coastal path or a short drive where you will find lots of great shops and restaurants.
