Modern annex attached to 17th century farmhouse

The guest suite is a recently built extension onto a 17th century farm house. The extension, however, is a contemporary space consisting of a large shower room, spacious bedroom, huge lounge with bifold doors and entrance atrium. All furniture and fittings are high quality. Fell Greave Farm is in a quiet location, set in landscaped gardens with ample private parking. There is a TV in the bedroom and 65” LG Oled smart TV in the lounge. A 1.8m electric fire with dancing flames supplements the central heating in the main lounge. Electric sockets in the bedroom have USB ports and WiFi is available throughout. There is a hot tub on the patio, which is available for exclusive use for our guests during their stay, along with a Webber bbq and outdoor table and chairs which can be moved around the garden to chase the sun. We also have a couple of reclining sun loungers. All parts are easily accessed. There is a ramp to the main entrance door with a 40 mm threshold, other than that all other areas are level. We live in the farmhouse adjacent to the guest suite so are available to guests, should they need any assistance otherwise we are happy to leave you to enjoy your stay. We are a mile from Huddersfield Golf course and less than 2 miles from John Smiths football stadium. There are numerous good pubs close by serving excellent food and more take always than you can shake a stick at. For walkers there is the Kirklees Way part of which is the upper track leading to the farm. We are 2 miles from the M62 and about the same from Huddersfield railway station. If coming by train we can collect you from the station, if required. We live a quite, peaceful life and want to keep it that way. BE AWARE, we have a zero tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs, any evidence that you are using drugs or have brought them into our home will result in your being asked to leave immediately and the police informed. During these trying times we have decided to continue offering our hosting facility particularly for medical or other essential workers. Whilst our home is routinely cleaned to a very high standard we have in addition cleaned and disinfected all surfaces we possibly can, light switches, remote controls etc as well as steaming carpets. We do not normally include the use of the dining atrium but during the outbreak we will include this and supply crockery and cutlery as required. This means guests and ourselves can be totally isolated. We have read and understood the cleaning guidance given by Airbnb and will follow it rigorously.
