Trailer homes and contractor villages are cheap, but often filled with the kind of people that you don’t want to leave your vehicle and /or tools around. Not to mention the overall poor quality of living space. As a traveling craftsman myself, I understand the need for affordable, clean, comfortable living options when I’m on the road. With those needs in mind, I started this rental business. My goal is to ensure every craftsman and traveler enjoys their stay while saving the money they have worked so hard for. We offer affordable living options designed to save you time and money, while providing you with the comforts you have come to expect at your own home. Our well stocked kitchen allows you to save money by preparing your own meals. An outdoor BBQ area is available to aid in relaxing with your friends during your time off. We are so convinced you will want to stay here after seeing the home in person, that I offer the most flexible cancellation policy available. The reviews I have received so far, speak volumes to the value I strive to offer each guest. I welcome a chance to prove that high value housing options are available for us traveling construction workers. Guests will have access to all of the common areas, including the kitchen and the living room. Laundry is provided for those guests with normal levels of dirty clothing. The living room is equipped with a 55" flat screen TV. I understand the pressures and strains associated with working long hours and I will be strive to be available to help connect you with the resources to make your stay more comfortable. Easy access to the refinery / Hwy 35 Sorry folks - no public transportation here!
