On the attic floor there is an additional (single) bedroom and a laundry area. The garden, shaded by pine trees, is ideal for outdoor dining or relaxing in the cool rocked by the rocking chair. Ideal for holidays for a family of up to 5 people, for couples of friends and also for those who come to Giulianova for business reasons. The house is comfortable, functional and equipped with all kinds of appliances, dishes and linens, satellite TV and wi-fi internet connection. The kitchen has dishes and dishes, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and is equipped with small toaster appliances, citrus squeezer, kettle, blender and coffee machine.
