The living space is an open plan kitchen, diner and living room with an adjoining boot room and downstairs toilet. The ground floor is limestone tiled with underfloor heating throughout the ground floor. The stairs lead to a mezzanine style en-suite bedroom which can be either a king size bed or a twin room heated by radiators. The kitchen has Oven, Hob, Dishwasher and Fridge with an Icebox. Wifi Zip & Link beds set up as Superking or Twin (Please state your requirement when getting in touch) . Wood pellet boiler supplying heat and hot water. Selection of DVD's, Books and Games Bed Linen and Towels included. Off Road Parking. No Smoking. Up to 4 well behaved dogs (not to be left in the property unattended or allowed on beds or furniture).
