House Anno 1895 Built in 1895 on the former estate of the Ducal House family property in Schaafheim, in the first street outside the old local wall. Even before the construction of the prestigious school building, the gabled brick building with barn cultivation was built by Adam Fischer. After extension of a feeding kitchen in 1941, further smaller alterations took place. With the purchase of the house in 2017, a complete refurbishment was carried out - with expansion of the barn to a granny flat and the main building Haus Anno 1895 to a holiday home. The historic building was redeveloped using old and, where necessary, new building materials. This restored the building to its former glory. This was the stated goal of the renovation, which was completed in July 2019. Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 19:00 and departures from 09:00 to 11:00.
