My newly refurbished home is perfectly located for guests wanting to explore Leigh-on-Sea. Surrounded by local shops and good bars and restaurants. My home is the ideal base for people working locally, visiting friends or just looking for a short break in a fun location. Minutes from the train station and with free on road parking readily available on local streets, it is both central and accessible and once you are here it’s only a short walk to the beach and over 30 places to eat and drink. With one double bedroom, spacious en-suite shower room and combined lounge and kitchen living space, my home is most suited for up to two guests. Access to all areas within the apartment. Use of a utility room situated outside of the apartment but within the building. I am always available at the end of the telephone and look forward to greeting you on your arrival. Leigh-on-Sea is a vibrant town with a mix of independent shops, bars, restaurants, and a few chain stores. The old town is a short walk away, where there are more pubs and the infamous restaurant The Boatyard, a popular wedding venue. Southend-on-Sea and Southend London Airport are both 10-15 minutes drive away. On street parking available. Leigh-on-Sea and Chalkwall train stations both within walking distance. Southend London Airport is a 10-15 minutes drive away. Excellent public transport along with a punctual local taxi service at your door. The apartment is in the middle of the very popular Leigh-on-sea area. Amidst shops, restaurants and coffee bars. A 5 minutes walk from Leigh-on-sea old town with its cobbled street, pubs, shell fish stalls, restaurants and ice cream shops. There is a sandy beach within a 5 minutes walk from the apartment. Leigh on sea station is 12 mins by foot or 3 minutes by car. London Fenchurch Street Station is 45 mins by train. The Tower of London and Tower Hill underground station are both close by this station, providing one of London’s best tourist locations and London’s underground system instantly.
