My fresh and cozy studio offers a convenient and relax stay for couples, solo travelers and even businessmen to explore downtown Stockholm and its neighbourhoods. Free parking. Perfect for long-term stay. The rent includes water, heating, electricity and internet. The studio is newly renovated with very well-appointed bathroom, kitchenette and a decent sized bedroom with a large window looking out to a peaceful inner garden. The space comfortably fits two with a queen size bed, a computer corner and a build-in wardrobe. Free parking. Tennis court. Playground. Free WiFi Internet. Washing machine The studio is a part of my house where I live with my family. So I am available for a close contact with my guests when needed. But the guest(s) get their total privacy as the studio has its own entrance. Safe, green and friendly neighborhood with mostly families and seniors. Quiet and close to nature - A perfect get-away from buzzing Stockholm. There are a supermarket open 8-22 everyday in Norrviken Centrum and a convenient store at the OK-Q8 gas station. Häggvik and Rotebro shopping centers are just 2km away. Beautiful lake Norrviken and Järvafältet - an ancient cultural landscape and nature reserve, are close by for you who love history, nature and outdoor activities. Sollentuna Golf Club is in walking distance. Very safe and convenient to get around with buses and trains, day and night. Kista, Karolinska Institute, T-Centralen, Stockholm/Älvsjö Trade Fair and even Arlanda Airport, Uppsala Central are all in direct connections. Just 20 minutes commuter train to Stockholm Central. The train goes every 15-minute everyday between 5AM-1AM. In the week days the train goes every 7-8 minute in the rush hours (7-9AM and 4-6PM). It takes 15 minutes to Arlanda Airport and half an hour to Uppsala from Norrviken station by train. The train goes every 30-minute. In walking distance you will find lake Norrviken, Järvafältet Nature Reserve, Sollentuna Church, Sollentuna Golf Club, local pub and restaurants.
