Because of the Coronavirus outbreak, in addition to our normal high standard of CLEANING, we are currently DISINFECTING the Annex after every stay in accordance with CDC guidelines. We also provide cleaning supplies for guests use. Lovely self contained 1 bedroomed annex with own entrance and small outside space with table and chair. Welcome pack. Semi-rural location in AONB within easy access to public transport, restaurants and towns. A car is essential. A really comfortable cosy space - small bedroom with single bed, desk, wardrobe area. Living area with snuggle sofa, new fitted kitchen unit with sink, microwave, fridge with freezer section, 2 ring hob. Freesat TV. WiFi. Dining table and chairs. Fully fitted shower room. Luxury organic 400 thread bed linen, 100% Egyptian cotton towels. The Annex has its own entrance door to outside. Access to the annex is via the rear of the main house across patio to private entrance. Off street parking to front of the house. Small patio area with outside table and chair available for guests. We are very happy to chat to our guests and give them any information or help they may need but are also aware that some guests prefer their own company. Wake up to the sound of bird song ... pretty semi-rural location in Surrey Hills AONB with good access to A3 and public transport. Lovely views from the garden towards the South Downs. Numerous cross country walks from the house - close to Greensand Way. With an award winning pub, The Dog & Pheasant (Trip Advisor Certificate of Excellence) round the corner what more could you want! Off road parking available at front of premises. A car is essential. Bus stop at end of road, around 200 yards away, serving local market towns of Godalming and Haslemere - service is hourly except Sundays. Portsmouth-Waterloo mainline at Witley Station which is 1.25 miles away, walkable either cross country or by road (no pavements) Further mainline Stations at Godalming and Haslemere, each approximately 3.5 miles down a fast road, for more frequent services. There is a washing machine and dryer in the main house. We charge a flat rate charge of £7 per load should you wish to avail yourself of this service.
