Lge Single en-suite Bedroom
Cowbeech is a hamlet (no shops but a traditional village pub called The Merrie Harriers). Our house used to be The Cowbeech Village Stores and Post Office (and has a pub-like sign outside on verge now saying "Cowbeech Village"). It is an old house but is light and spacious. It has a large garden with good views and plenty of nature (free range chickens and sheep in the paddock). Guest bedroom is large, spacious, light and welcoming. The bedroom has a 3ft bed, armchair, table, chair, TV, mini-fridge and tea and coffee-making facilities. It has an en-suite shower room with Aqualisa shower. It is perfect for anyone working away from home and wanting temporary accommodation. There is a gas BBQ in garden and seating. Kitchen also available by arrangement. There is off-streat parking and the guest can come and go as they like. They are welcome to use garden and house facilities generally. Price does not include breakfast but this can be arranged. There is not a communal sitting room but guests are welcome to sit in the garden. Cowbeech is a rural village/hamlet. It has a lovely pub which offers good food. There are some very good country walks in the immediate area and most take in a local pub. Most are also circular, including one walk direct from the front door. It is possible to walk cross-country to the coast at Pevensey. It is also good cycling countryside. There is no public transport so any guests would need to be independent. Plenty of parking for cars. Bicycles can be borrowed if available. Tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits are included in the room and there is a small fridge.
