Beautiful lakefront chalet with a spectacular view of Lake Ludger, only 30 minutes from Mont Tremblant village and other major ski hills. It's a 1,200sqft two-storey cottage nestled on a hilltop where you can enjoy stunning sunsets from the large patio, master bedroom balcony and your own private dock. The wood-burning slow combustion fireplace keeps the house nice and warm in the winter. The chalet is perfectly situated in the Laurentians so you can enjoy all of the nearby activities within a 20-minute drive (skiing, skating, tobogganing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling). WHAT WE OFFER: • Two bedrooms - one king size bed in the master bedroom, two queen size beds in the guest bedroom (one is a high-end queen size inflatable mattress). We provide all of the linens; • Fully equipped kitchen including state-of-the-art stove, large fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and Keurig machine (coffee not provided). We also include a full spice rack, cooking oil and other common kitchen items. All you need to bring is food and beverages! • Large ground floor bathroom with rain shower, washer and dryer. Powder room on second floor. We include towels, shampoo, conditioner and toilet paper; • Large flat screen TV with Chromecast for streaming YouTube, Netflix and music (works for Apple and Android phones and tablets); • High-speed WiFi Internet; • Full cellphone and data reception in the chalet so you can stay connected at all times; • Board games & playing cards. IN THE SUMMER WE OFFER: • Two kayaks with 4 life jackets (2 adults, 2 kids); • Fire pit with 6 chairs - please bring your own firewood and kindling; • Large private dock for swimming, lounging and watching sunsets; • Full patio set on deck (table with 6 chairs, comfy lounge area and 2 gravity chairs); • Top-of-the-line propane BBQ with cooking utensils and serving trays. IN THE WINTER WE OFFER: • Slow combustion fireplace with heat ventilation - please bring your own firewood and kindling (no pre-treated wood like Duraflame); • Christmas tree and decorations during the holiday season; • Snow removal service; We've gone to great lengths to make your stay as easy and memorable as possible. You have access to the entire house, parking lot (up to 3 cars), patio, fire pit, private dock, lake (swimming, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing) and two kayaks. I can be reached by email or phone for the duration of your stay. A groundskeeper is available for emergencies at a moment's notice. Lantier is a small town 15 minutes from Ste-Agathe-des-Monts where you will find all major grocery stores (IGA, Métro, Maxi), SAQ, lots of restaurants, bars, and boutiques. St-Donat is a cute town just 20 minutes from the chalet that's definitely worth a visit. Discover the beauty of the Laurentians: • Downhill skiing within 20 to 30 minutes from chalet: Mont-Tremblant, Mont-Blanc, Mont Saint-Sauveur, Morin Heights, Mont Garceau, Ski La Réserve; • Cross-country skiing and snowshoeing on Lake Ludger (steps from the chalet) • Ice skating on Ste-Agathe-Des-Monts lake (15 minutes from chalet); • Tobogganing at Mont-Tremblant (30 mins from chalet); • Mont-Tremblant Village: shopping, restaurants, bars, casino, boutiques and cafes; • Le P'tit Train du Nord, a gorgeous 232-km cross-country skiing and snowmobile path (15 minutes from chalet); • Many beautiful spas nearby to choose from: Spa Ofuro, Scandinavian Spa, Polar Bear Club, Bagni Spa, and Estérel are short drives away; Depending on what you want to do during your stay, we'll be more than happy to point you in the right direction! 1 hour and 15 minutes from downtown Montreal and only 30 minutes from Mont-Tremblant international airport. Directions to the chalet are very simple with no risk of getting lost along the way. Free private parking in front of the chalet that accommodates up to 3 cars. • The chalet is on a hilltop so there are stairs leading to the house from the driveway and stairs leading to the lake • A snow removal company will clear the parking spots and stairs in the event of a snowfall
