Sole use of entire cottage and gardens during your stay On entering the glazed porch, through the arched front door you will find a beautiful open plan lounge flowing through to dining & kitchen. A cosy woodburner stove with armchairs and comfortable double sofa bed. Smart TV & DVDs plus board games & toys. The dove grey shaker kitchen has everything everything you need to prepare meals & entertain Equipped with gas oven, dishwasher, washing machine, Smeg fridge freezer coffee machine. Dark solid oak work tops complement the chestnut oak floors throughout. The dining table seats 6. With an extra highchair if needed. The back door leads to an enclosed garden with a relaxing area to read or enjoy a coffee, the garden is very pretty with established plants & trees and has an old outside wc. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms one double & twin with views over the meadows A beautiful bathroom overlooks the garden. A luxurious roll-top bath, large shower, heated towel rail with fluffy towels, sink & wc. Guests have sole use of the cottage and it's private gardens Check in is after 4pm Check out by 10am to allow for covid cleaning & sanitation. Normally we would meet you on arrival, as we live nearby. With covid protocols access now flexible by accessing key from keysafe box on the side of the cottage by back gate.
