House with view of sea & mountains!

Modern nordic and beautiful house in newly neighbourhood with shared big pool area and tennis court. Suitable for families, couples and friends who want to experience South Italy's beautiful nature and warm stable climate. The area, where the house is located, is surrounded by olive trees, and the beach are within walking distance. :-) One of the major highlights of the house is the covered terrace with panoramic view over The Mediterranean Sea. Here you will probably be enjoying all your meals and perhaps a glass of wine in the evening. The master bedroom with it's own balcony on the first floor is the perfect place to wake up. It has a stunning view over the coastline and The Mediterranean Sea. If your seek quietness, place yourself in the back garden with a book, while enjoying the view of the Apennine Mountains. As guest in our familyhouse you have access to the entire house. :-) The key will be put in a keybox under the outside kitchen at the house on your arrival day at 15 pm. This gives you the opportunity to check in at night time as well. Please leave the key in the keybox at check out. You also have access to the pool- and tennisarea, which includes a small playground, tabletennis and tablesoccer as well. :-) And you have access to the beachchairs on the beach at Hotel Aquilla, straight in front of Villa Collina. The pools are open from Easter in the spring to week 42 in October. At the entrance of Villa Collina there is a service office, where it is possible to get recommendations for restaurants or borrow a book/movie. If necessary help can be required at the office in daytime. The house is our family holiday house, so when you are there, I am home in Denmark freezing, but with the warmth of my friends and family. :-) So unfortunately I will not be there at your arrival or departure. There is an option to buy day trips on land or sea thru a local guide, e.g. fishing trips, waterfall, restaurant visits or cultural excursions. Call Saverio on (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) for more information. He is a very helpful and nice Italian, who speaks fluent English as well. His wife and him are helping other tourists. I can personally recommend a boat- and fishing trip with him. :-) The house is a part of the residential neighbourhood Villa Collina, which is 100 houses build in 2008. The pool area in Villa Collina is magnificent for both children and adults. There are changing rooms for females and males. From mid July to the start of September a lifeguard is present and the pool bar is open. The pool is open from Easter to October. The tennis court is free for use as well - if necessary you can book it at the court - remember the keys. There is a small playground located next to the tennis court. There are free parking in entire Villa Collina. Please park in the driveway or at the parking lots. At the house there is a garage for one car and a driveway for one more, all within locked area. In front of Villa Collina, across the road, there is a small path under the railway, which leads to the beach. There are approximately 700 meters by foot. Remember the keys to the gate at Aquilla. There are sun chairs on the beach for free use from mid June to early September. The house is great for children as well. And for small children there is the opportunity to lock the gates, so they are safe from the road. The kitchen is fully equipped! Linen and towels are included, but please wash and leave clean before departure. Please handel it with respect. At early check out there is an option to buy laundry service - 7 € per wash.
