Niforeika balcony

Τhe property is a villa consisted by a maisonettes of 2 bedrooms in a 2 acre land. .In front of the house is a 30 meter vertical cliff and afterwards is the beach. There are two hotels at the right and left side of the property. At the edge of a cliff 30 meters high you can enjoy the fantastic view of the gulf of Patras The house is all accessible except one bedroom and storage rooms I will be available to welcome you , guide you around and of course any other time is needed on the telephone Besides the two neighboring hotels, the area is generally touristic with hotels and restaurants From the nearby small city of Kato Achaia there is bus to Patras regularly. Areas of interest except Patras is Olympia which is about two hours away by car. By foot there is a promenade road leading to the traditional fishing village of Aliki. A canoe and 2 bicycles are offered to our guests during their stay
