Light, convenient and family friendly home

Our lovely newly renovated home is light and airy comfortable space either for business trips or family and couples stays. It is located approximately 8km from Prague CBD in residential house area only 5 min walk or one bus stop away from subway station Letnany, line C. From there you get to the centre of Prague in 15 min. Shopping centres, Ice Arena, Swimming pool, and Letnany exhibiton centre PVA is just walking distance away. Welcome to our home. This house has 2 apartments with entirely separated entrances and with parking spots. Lower apartment is being permanently rented and our upstairs home we like to offer to others when we go away. The apartment can comfortably accommodate family of 3-4 adults and 2 kids or 2 couples. First bedroom has queen size bed and second bedroom 2 floor mattresses suitable for 2 adults or kids also. They can be separated and the linen also can be supplied in single setting. If you will come with small kids travel cot can be also arranged as well some toys and indoor play area. The couch can be converted into bed comfortable for 1 person only. The apartment is very clean, cosy and has lots of natural light. We live very minimalist hence you wont find clutter around. With well equipped kitchen, TV and wifi you will have everything you need to make your stay comfortable. . In addition we are under almost finished backyard reconstruction with kids cubby house and trampoline and deck with bbq to be used during your stay. You are welcome to use all amenities including kitchen appliances,TV, wifi. Please note that this is our home and therefore storage space will be limited but available) Iron and ironing board can be supplied upon request. we or our manager will meet and greet you and explain all needed. You will also be able to contact us/him with any questions Our house is in quiet residential area just 5 min walk from PVA exhibition centre. Very convenient for those visiting or working there and looking for very nearby place to stay. Prague has one of he best public transportation system in Europe so it won't be a problem to get anywhere you have in mind. The Letnany subway station is only 5 min walk or one bus stop away.
