Lovely double room/ Kingsize bed in quiet village

Welcome to my beautiful new house. It is light, bright, airy & very modern. There are 2 king size beds, 1 with an ensuite / 1 with a separate bathroom. Onstreet parking in a quiet cul de sac. Weekly cleaner keeps everything sparkling. Ironing service available on request. I prefer single guests in the week who are commuting for work in the local area. Will consider couples/ pairs but will charge additional fee. Wifi, TV and garden now all installed too. Lovely local pub - The Hart. No smoking No animals No meat Bedroom, bathroom, lounge, garden, kitchen for making a cup of tea/ breakfast. I am an educational leader and work long hours so am out early and home early evening. I am friendly and sociable but will leave you to our own devices. I might not be around mid week but have neighbours who can let you in. Small quiet village, good road access. Great local pub with gastro food and a butchers/corner shop. 5 mins from a super market / pub/ garage/ farm shop. walk into the village train to Didcot and a taxi here is £8 buses to Harwell/ Milton drive on the A34/ new Harwell bypass is a few minutes away garage for bicycles lots of lovely local walks It is a brand new housing estate so not always found on sat nav - search Grove Rd and Alder View is the new estate on the right as you exit the village.
