George's Seaside Apartment Sifnos - Vathi beach

The apartment is located at the beautiful sandy beach of Vathi in Sifnos, just a few meters away from the sea. It is on the 1st floor, it's newly-built and its surface is 46 m2 plus 24 m2 terrace facing the sea (total floor surface 70 m2). The apartment can accommodate up to 4 persons. It consists of a kitchen, a sitting room with a sofa bed, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Additionally, it has a big terrace (24 m2) facing the sea. At a few meters away from the house you will find restaurants with local dishes, cafe and mini markets. The distance from the port (Kamares) is 15 km and from the capital of the island (Apollonia) is 10 km. During the summer months, the local buses run very often between the capital and Vathi and vice versa. For the local buses schedules, you can visit the site "sifnos" and then you follow the path ->visit us ->transportation. Information about the ship schedules (high speed and conventional boats) to Sifnos and from Sifnos to all destinations, you can find at the site "openseas". The property has a licence from Hellenic Tourism Organisation (EOT). The price for the year 2022 ranges between 62 and 190 euros per night.
