Our holiday home is luxurious new home with modern architecture and finishes located in Zimbali Coastal Resort. It is the largest approved Zimbali holiday home and its the only Zimbali holiday home with full solar power with battery backup.The home design capitalizes on breathtaking Sea views, Breaker views and Zimbali Lake views from the expansive decking. The home has a 9m high cantilevered feature dip-pool flanked by elegant patio furniture. Ultra Modern SMEG kitchen and appliances. Zimbali Coastal Resort Rules are unique and require more understanding since our homes are intergrated into a mature and established Nature Coastal Forest Resort . This nature eco estate mandates a total different set of Rules compared to normal suberbia rentals rules. To clarify and set you at ease in regards to the details in my listing every rental holiday home in Zimbali is subjected to the same rules stated in my listing. If other Zimbali homes listings on AirBNB does not have these rules on their listing, you will still be subjected to these rules, since prior to CheckIN into Zimbali you have to sign the ZEMA Rules document at the Welcome Centre, which has the same rules I have listed. I am a 6 times superhost with AirBNB and I want to be clear with all our resort rules upfront prior to any booking requests. When booking our home you agree to all the Zimbali rules noted on this listing and then rules you will sign at Zimbali Welcome Centre on CheckIN day. It is mandatory that our online pre-registration booking form is completed 7 days before CheckIN. This contains Zimbali Rules and our House Rules. Guest Group Restrictions & IDs. 1. Our home does not cater for a ALL male group. 2. Where 80% of the guests are under 28 years age. 3. Further all IDs for ALL guests must be provided 7 days prior to CheckIN date, No Exceptions. About my Home: Our home comprises 6 Bedrooms and 6 Ensuites (all bathrooms are private ensuites), 2 large lounge areas, 2 dining areas , fully fitted modern kitchen with SMEG appliances and two magnificent large volumed balcony/patio areas. It also has unrestricted Ocean Sea views and more impressively it has Ocean Breaker views from its expansive wooden decking, while at the same time it is overlooking the new Zimbali Lakes. Our home is the ONLY rental holiday home that has a state of the art solar power system and battery backup, providing you a much more pleasant retreat / holiday break. Guests have already seen the benefits of our home especially during the frequent load-shedding periods. Cleaning Services: 1. We take sanitization very seriously, hence we have in place a very strict protocol for sanitizing the home prior to a new CheckIN. 2. Cleaning Services is included on weekdays and Saturdays. 3. There is No cleaning services on Sundays and Public Holidays, however this can be arranged at an additional charge. Mr Delivery/Uber Eats: Unfortunately Zimbali does NOT allow any food delivery service into the resort. Transgressions & Fines: 1. Zimbali has strict adherence to the resort rules and fines will be issued for transgressions. 2. The detailed ZEMA transgressions will be provided to you once your booking is confirmed. 3. Kindly ensure you review the details and charges for the common fines at the bottom of this listing. The common transgressions being; Speed limit 25km/ph. No noise disturbances after 9.30pm No Tailgating & Misuse of Access Discsst IDs Required for Guest Access: 1. It is mandatory that for all guests booked with uBukwa Zimbali Guesthouse, that 7 days prior to CheckIN either IDs/Passport/Drivers Licence/Birth Certificates MUST be submitted for each guest, this includes children and infants. 2. We have a policy in place for the Protection of Personal Information in regards POPI Act 4 of 2013 3. This identification information is to verify your guest’s identity to, inter alia, enable your guest/s to enter the Estate in line with our security policies and procedure. 4. Delayed documentation will incur a penalty of ZAR 200 payable by guest. 5. On arrival (CheckIN day) NO ID NO Entry. Each guest will produce their ID/Passport or Drivers Licence for verification at Zimbali Welcome Centre offices.  6. NO day visitors allowed and NO 'house-hopping' of guests. 7. We do not allow for a ALL male guest group to our home. Car Parking: 1. Our Self Catering home caters for 4 cars to park in the yard. For additional cars you must speak to the house manager, VJ, to make arrangements if additional vehicles can be accommodated within Zimbali.  2. Two complimentary guest cards, for cars are provided with the booking, further guests cards for additional cars are available at an additional cost of ZAR 110 or so per card , from Zimbali Welcome Centre. No Access Areas: 1. The garage and basement which has a separate access entrance from the rest of the home is not available to the rental guests. 2. The house manager/caretaker and their assistants resides onsite in the basement. Always Available. Zimbali itself has many actitives that will keep you, your guests and the little ones busy, these include; 1. Valley of Pools: a seamless collection of pools that overlook the Indian Ocean with amazing panoramic views, is probably one of the most popular spots in Zimbali. 2. Bush Buck Club Pools: a collection of another 3 pools with kids water slides. 3. 2 sets of kids play gyms, trampolines, etc. 4. A 18 hole 'Adventure Mini Golf' located at the Bush Buck Club. 5. You will have direct access onto the Beach from the Valley of Pools. 3. Tennis Courts 5. Zimbali Country Club 18 hole golf course 6. Hiking Trails. 7. Three onsite Resturant areas include; Zimbali Country Club, Bush Buck Club and Valley of Pools. If this was not enough to keep you busy then on your doorstep you have Balito coastal town which has plentiful restaurants, coffee shops, interesting boutiques, craft & souvenir shops. Two nearby Casino & Entertainment Centre's being Suncoast and Sibaya. Extreme Adventures is located in Ballito which includes an extreme naturistic Zip Line course. You Zip Line over Durbans infamous Litchi Planatitions. Speak to your host for details on how to get there. 15mins away from Durban, King Shaka International Airport. Shuttle Service to and from Airport can be arranged. No Day Visitors: Only registered biometric guests are allowed onto the resort and this is strictly managed by Zimbali Security. No day-guests and/or visitors allowed. Children must be supervised. Gas: Gas for the stoves and Braai area is included in the home. The outside gas central fireplace is an additional charge of ZAR200 per night for usage Rights of Admission Reserved: All guests must sign and adhere to Zimbali Coastal Resort and uBukwa Guest Rental Code of Conduct and Terms & Conditions. Transgressions & Fines: 1. Guests that book our home must agree, acknowledge and sign that they will be responsible to pay any Zimbali fines and/or transgressions they incur within the resort. 2. By booking our home you agree with AirBNB that your Security Deposit can be used to pay for these fines / transgression charges. 3. The transgressions/fines are contained within a 4 page ZEMA (Zimbali) form and will be provided to you once your booking is confirmed. 4. This ZEMA fines/transgressions form mentioned here must be also signed at the Zimbali Welcome Centre on the day of your CheckIN. 5. Some common fines noted on this ZEMA Trangression Form are; a. Speeding fines , based on your speed transgression b. Tailgating or Misuse of Access Disc: Security Booms can only be opened for the authorised vehicle allocated to the access tag. You will be in violation if you open for any other vehicle with ONE tag , even if the vehicles are registered to the same property. ZAR 1,500 for every offence of Tag Misuse or Tailgating c. Noise Disturbance : i. No parties are allowed at the home. ii. Zimbali has a zero tolerance to noise disturbance after 9.30pm. iii. Penalties for Noise Disturbance: 1st Transgression: ZAR 2,500 fine 2nd Transgression: ZAR 5,000 fine 3rd Transgression : Eviction
