Yeomans Cottage

Yeoman's Cottage is a spacious property located in the heart of the village. It has been recently renovated and is ideal for larger families. Downstairs there is a double bedroom and a large sitting room with log burner. There is a dining room to the rear with French doors which open onto the enclosed patio garden, with table and chairs to enjoy the sun trap! On the first floor there are three further bedrooms and a spacious bath/shower room. There is private off-road parking for up to 3 cars. The house was renovated approx. 5 years ago so all fixtures and fittings are modern. A large well-stocked shop is located opposite the property, with village pub and a fish and chip shop a 10 minute walk. The nearest beach is at Brancaster, 5 miles away. Guests can get in touch by email or text...I’m happy to advise on places to go, things to do etc. The North Norfolk coast is famed for its glorious sandy stretches of beach; there are various small towns, including Burnham Market and Fakenham with an array of small independent shops; fabulous walks, including the Coastal Path and Peddars Way; and numerous pubs to suit all tastes. There are also the traditional seaside towns of Hunstanton and Wells complete with amusement arcades and fish and chips! There are limited bus routes in the area so a car is really essential. There is a good rail service from Kings Lynn to London. The North Norfolk coast is just a short distance away and is the perfect place for bracing walks in the winter months and the usual bucket and spade activities in the summer. The wonderful sandy beaches stretch for miles and are havens for wild birds and other wildlife including seals.
