Sweet Floating Bungalow

COVID 19 Update: Bungalow NOTE: The Pool and Hot Tub are not yet opened per Government Recommendations This Sweet Floating Bungalow lays with two other Houseboats on the main dock at Pleasant Harbor Marina. She has a Queen Bed and two Bunk Beds, nice for a small family or Group. Well behaved Dogs are allowed, ask about the extra fee! A ramp leads down to teh main dock where you will find the little Houseboats. Open floor plan with small anti room with the two bunk beds. Heated by Electric fireplace and Oil circulating heaters. Fans for Summer time. Large TV with DVD player. There is a large deck with two chairs and a table. It has an enclosure and is useable in Winter or cool weather. The entire Houseboat is yours to use. I am not always available in person but am by phone for any small needs. This is a boat, it has only 30 AMPS of power so running a lot of appliances or devices at once will trip a breaker, such as the stove and a microwave. Be thoughtful! there is Wi-Fi available but it's not used for anything other than doing a search or picking up emails or sending emails.... Internet is sketchy out in this area of the country. And the signal slows down after so much use so it isn't good for movies necessarily.
