Enjoy your morning coffee with breathtaking views of the Cascade Mountains from our outdoor covered deck with a fireplace for cool days. We have views of the most breathtaking sunrises and sunsets. Has all the amenities like central air and heat. There is a lot to explore and do nearby hiking, skiing, sledding, snowshoeing, mountain biking, kayaking, fishing, rafting, tubing, river snorkeling with salmon and local attractions, shopping, clubbing, dining, wine-tasting or just take it easy, relax and rejuvenate. We are centrally located with quaint little towns nearby like Duvall, Sultan, Leavenworth, Snoqualamie. Seattle is a 40 minute drive, Steven’s Pass is a 45 minute drive, Vancouver, Canada is just 1.5 hour drive. We want to ensure that our guests enjoy all what Monroe and the surrounding areas have to offer. We want to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere that feels like your home away from home. Guests will have access to 1 lovely bedroom with their own bathroom; laundry room, kitchen, office, media room, living room, great room, and outdoor living space. We will also provide croissants, coffee, tea, and hot chocolate. We are a relaxed, social, and fun family who enjoy meeting and making new friends. We are happy to entertain or just let you have your space. Our goal is to make you feel comfortable and at home. We are happy to give any assistance if needed. Our neighborhood is new and upcoming. It is safe and family-oriented. There are neighborhood parks where you can relax or have a picnic, a basketball court, children’s playground, and you can enjoy lovely, scenic walks around the neighborhood. There is public transportation available. We have access to Highway 522; Route 2, and Route 202. Also close to the I-405 and I-5.
