This house was once used as Tagelöhnerkate and lovingly renovated in 2019. The old and cozy character of the house could be preserved and so this wonderful object captivates by its framework, the largely preserved bricks and its thatched roof. The house can accommodate 2 adults. An extra bed for up to 2 more people in the living room is possible. If that's not enough, you can book the neighboring houses (No. 46A: 4 adults + 2 children & Nr 46D: 2 adults + dog) for friends and family. Ludwigsburg is located directly on the "Danish Wieck" and houses one of the last estate of the Pomeranian Dukes. Just 300 meters from the holiday home Schloss Ludwigsburg invites you to linger with its historic park and its old trees. The natural beach, in the middle of the nature reserve, is only about 1 km away and offers great relaxation away from mass tourism. Here your children can play and swim in shallow water. Immediately in front of the house runs the European Baltic Cycle Route which leads you on the one hand to Greifswald with its monastery ruin (11 km), the fishing village Wieck (12 km) and the city center (15 km) along with Museumshafen. Take the other direction, enjoy the vast natural landscape of Western Pomerania and pass on your way to Usedom u. a. the seaside resort of Lubmin (9 km), the fishing village of Freest, the marina Kröslin and the duchy of Wolgast.
