The house is located in a quiet secluded location outside the village and belongs to the municipality of Euscheid near Prüm. With 140 square meters of living space, a 2,000 square meter enclosed garden, wood / pasture fence, with barbecue area and terraces, it offers space for 8 people. The holiday home in the Eifel Nature Park has good transport links to the A60 near Prüm. It is ideal for family vacations with children, group trips and parties. Dogs are very welcome with us. The Eifelhaus was renovated, redesigned and furnished in 2017. The house has been heated with central heating / gas since 2019. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a large, cozy living room with fireplace, a bedroom and a modern bathroom. The top floor was converted into a beautiful 50 sqm living and sleeping area. The property is surrounded by trees and bushes and fenced. Here at 486 meters of altitude you have a wide, wonderful panoramic view over the green, partly forested hills and meadows. Whether in the hammock, in the beach chair or on the lounger, you can relax wonderfully in the spacious, large garden. Cozy barbecues, campfire romance, just let your mind wander, and then there's the overwhelming starry sky .. In the neighboring town of Lünebach, the Lingebech restaurant and the Prümtaler baker are recommended. There is REWE in Arzfeld and good shopping in Prüm. City tours in historic Trier or Luxemburg City are popular, as are the Maare in the Vulkan-Eifel.
