A 25 m2 utility room, a bathroom with cloakroom and separate wc provide stewardship. Floor: 4 bedrooms, with 2 beds in 160, 2 in 140, 2 bathrooms, 1 separate toilet. 2) The Workshop: The 45 m2 workshop shelters in the freshness and charm of its stone and whitewashed walls, to choose according to your expectations, a large suite with wc and toilet, with a 160 bed for the privacy of lovers, or a dormitory with 5 single beds for the joy of children. Its outdoor shower is a delight, under the sun as under the stars, to share in complete privacy with the trees and birds. 3) The Terrace and the Préau make the link between the house and the Park. A leisure and leisure area, the Préau houses table football, table tennis, and a large table with 10 to 12 place settings. Plancha and sink allow you to prepare meals. A pétanque and bowling alley in Francoise cheerfully adorns the aperitifs. 4) The large 15x7 m2 swimming pool is surrounded by lush vegetation and 120 m2 of beach and sun loungers, suitable for full sunbathing as well as shaded naps. Its shed can accommodate towels, swimwear and other swimming goggles. Not far from the swimming pool, a trapeze, rings or swing lend themselves to aerial arabesques for children and lovers. A ganivelle fence nicely secures the pool. 5) A 37 mx 18 m riding quarry, in its green setting, boxing, tack room, 3 paddocks and a pasture of 0.6 ha can accommodate 3 horses.
