Whether you are coming for the, walking, cross-country skiing or bird watching in the place called "České Švýcarsko". It is situated in north Bohemia, disctrict Děčín. And it is one of four national park in the Czech Republic. We are one of the few guest houses in the Region that are able to offer full equipped house to rent with completely fenced free parking for our guests with parking for up to twenty cars or even more, so there's no need to worry about finding a parking space or parking permits which might be an issue in Sneznik Area! We are located directly in the Historical tourist trail called Luft trail, in the neighborhood formerly known as LUFT Area, which is known since the XIX Century and today is one of the most exclusive sectors of this area. You can Choose to take a peaceful walk through local nature park Cesko-Saske Svycarsko or through the protected landscape area of Labské Pískovce, or head downtown and stroll through interesting area of Děčín City or through specialty shops, and restaurants, along tree-lined streets of Usti nad Labem City that is a Capitol city of the Region. Prices are never per person but per the complete house which can guarantee you will not face any neighbohours you would not like to spend your holiday with. Our rooms have been appointed with your comfort and pleasure in mind, featuring one living room, one kitchen two bathrooms,one technical room, 5 guest rooms one with king-size bed and four of them with two solid and extra-size beds. Kitchen is well equipped with all necessary facilities such as countertop, inductive cooking plate, electric oven, fridge, freezer, microwave-oven, electric and non-electric household articles and kitchen utensils. Living room is equipped with fireplace, TV screen, Sat-TV. One room is with massage chair. In addition to this there are two Mountain-bicycles available for free of charge. In the technical room - automatic washing machine is available for you as well. All rooms are with bed linen, towels, pillows. Both bathrooms are equipped with basic Household and sanitary goods and toilet requisites. We welcome pets in most of our rooms, but a few rules apply: 1) Please tell us in advance, at reservation time, so we can ensure all necessary provisions. 2) There is a pet fee. 3) We welcome most pets, but obvious exclusions apply. Through experience we’ve learned not to welcome screaming parrots and untrained puppies or fighting breeds.Please use your best judgement. All our rooms have a strict non-smoking policy. We reserve the right to charge guests for cleanup required after smoking in our rooms. There is an office of the owner open every day since 07:30 - 17:00 for all your wishes you might have during your stay. Entire House with limited access to Boiler room only. Swedish Cemetery - located 50 meters from LUFT Apartment area (Jana Engelhartová - (URL HIDDEN) There are no written sources of the Swedish Cemetery. Based on the style of the monument, the paths in the area and the planting of rhododendrons, it can be judged that the monument has something to do with forest park. Famous Pharmacist and municipal politician used to live in the area of Apartment Luft in House # 106 (part of the area) who loved and took care of this monument and forest park as well. He ran the cafe called Café Luft, which was a part of the aforementioned Forest-Park. This Forest-Park has led - and still leads - the road called Bürgermeister-Luft-Weg (the path of mayor lufta) leading to the lookout of Sneznik. Franz Luft was in the early 84-year-old age at around year 1946 banished from his home and has been placed on transport to Germany. On walking march to the saxon municipality of Rosenthal - town (near-by town), he lost in here and was never found.
