We are super excited to be able to welcome you to our spacious family home literally by the seaside. 2 minutes walk and you are on the prom, which along with the sandy beach stretches for miles. You'll have lots of room to spread out, with our kitchen/diner, lounge, dining room , bath/shower room & office downstairs. Upstairs, there are 4 good size doubles and a single along with the family bath and shower room. The sundeck offers you some private outdoor space to relax which is a real suntrap. Our home is a characterful and spacious Victorian double bay fronted property, close to the town center, on a quiet side street, making it a perfect base for making memories with family and friends. With plenty of amenities on your doorstep, you may not wish to get in your car all week, but for those that like to explore there is so much in easy reach - seaside fun at Skegness, Mablethorpe and Cleethorpes, racing at Cadwell, market town charm at Louth, Horncastle and Alford, plus so much more! In our town, we have some really lovely shops, cafes, farm shops, bars and restaurants all looking forward to welcoming you back. We will be regularly checking these out for you and leaving ideas at our property Ground Floor : Living room, dining room, a sunny kitchen/diner, office (handy if you need to work from home) and bath/shower over w.c room Our staircase is little steep, but does have a handrail. Upstairs: 4 doubles bedrooms and a single, all spacious, with a large bath and separate shower room We have wifi available throughout the house, in the kitchen there is a large range style cooker, large fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside in our secure back yard, which is mainly a decked area, we have outdoor furniture and a bbq for your use. You can bring you well behaved and house trained family furry pet, please ensure you follow our policy on keeping them to rooms with hard floor services and off furniture. Its incredibly important to us that we create a space for you to relax, unwind, laugh , so it becomes your happy place where you've made some fabulous memories, just like us :) We are lucky to have a drive which will fit a couple of cars on it, but there is also lots of roadside parking in our road and around the block. Walking is great here because its so flat. You can walk across bridleways and along the prom, whether its a short walk to have a coffee (or wine) or a longer adventure into Mablethorpe for another coffee (or donuts).
