The heart of this ground floor apartment (138 m2) is the living room with a tiled stove, the winter garden with an open fireplace, the eat-in kitchen and the dining room with a fireplace. The bathroom has a shower, bathtub and is stocked with essential toiletries. A small library with different genres invites you to read. The sunny terrace and the large romantic garden offer plenty of cozy seating to relax and linger. 50-year-old climbing plants entwine themselves on and around the house and give off their scent when they bloom. Lots of old trees and bushes, a pond and an upcoming fireplace make the garden something very special. Guests have access to the entire ground floor including the terrace and garden. Caution!
