This is a cozy and bright getaway in the Berkshires. Situated on the Hall Tavern Farm, with big windows that bring the outside in. Perfectly located to access all-season activities including dining, rafting, skiing, and museums. The house is great for families and people who wish to gather with access to a full kitchen and living room. No pets allowed. No parties allowed--your rental is for the number of guests you request in your reservation. *There is window-unit air conditioning in the master bedroom (on the first floor) only. You will have access to the full main house, which includes the kitchen, laundry, 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a large living room and dining room space. You will also have access to the screened-in porch, which has a grill, and the whole yard. You will not have access to most closets, the basement, or the garage. I do not live near the house and so you will have the house to yourself. The neighbor is also the house caretaker, and they are available if issues arise.
