Charming 900 sq foot house in the mountain town of Cascade. The place is on a well traveled street but you will go unnoticed by passerbyer’s. Conveniently located between down town, the Payette river and the main boat ramp on Cascade Lake; all a short walk away. Private feel as there are no close neighbors on any side. Ample parking so bring your toys to play. Fenced yard for your furry friends. No matter the season there is so much to enjoy right outside the door. Note: ***NO WIFI*** This Cascade newly remodeled 1940’s retreat features a stylish small 3 bedroom and 1 bathroom home; ideal for couples, small families or groups of friends. The main living area includes a comfortable leather sectional, tv (equipped with DVD player & cable tv), small dinning table perfect for 4 but can squeeze 6 with extra leaf, and a new glass door wood burning stove (fire wood included). The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and a gas grill steps away. Bedroom 1 (queen bed) is located on the main floor. Bedrooms 2 (queen bed) and 3 (full bed) are upstairs. NOTE: the ceiling in the upstairs area is 5’10” and bed access is from one side only. There is no door (curtain only) between the upstairs bedrooms. The bathroom has a tub shower and is stocked with bathing necessities. There are full sized washer and dryer for use as well. They are located off the kitchen so there will be noise while doing laundry. If outside is where you want to be you have two options a table with seating of 5 in the very shady front yard or a fire pit area in the fenced back yard (partial shade). Some wood provided. Gas and charcoal BBQ’s for your grilling needs. Pet boarding available upon request, when your activity is not pet friendly. (Fee applies) Included for your use fishing poles, board games, corn whole, beach towels, and two cruiser bikes. Included for your pets use dog beds, feeding bowels, and poop bags. No air conditioning but house stays pretty cool with fan use. Multiple fans for upstairs and down. Check in time could be flexible if home is ready early. I will send an airbnb message when the home is ready. If you are searching for affordable, comfortable, and in a great location this is the place for you!! Access to all spaces except locked garage. There will always be someone available for those unexpected occurrences wether it be me or my fill in. Mostly quite neighborhood with a convenient store close by. This retreat is centered around your favorite activity wether it’s winter or summer. Winter travelers can enjoy skiiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, ice fishing, cross county skiing, or a sleigh ride to see elk. Summer travelers can enjoy rafting, kayaking, swimming, fishing, boating, golfing, hiking, or an atv ride out in the forest. A full listing can be reviewed after check in for contacts, hours, etc.
