Our eco friendly cottage sits at the front of our family run farm. We have adopted a green approach to living with photovoltaic electric and ground source heat pump underfloor heating. This self contained one bedroom bungalow has its own front door entrance and is a huge comfortable space to relax, rest and recuperate for a short break away or after work. It is available to book for one day or more and we offer a discount for monthly bookings. There is a fully equipped kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, and plenty of kitchen equipment to prepare a meal or you can pre-order a meal via Stephanie or select a prepared dish from the freezer. The lounge with dining table and chairs has a large TV and a huge comfy leather settee. The bedroom has fully fitted mirrored wardrobes and king sized bed. The bathroom boasts a free standing claw footed bath with a large rain shower over too. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in a outside space if required We live on the farm and can be available at anytime. Our small holding is in a small hamlet just on the edge of Herongate with lots of walking in the local area and Thorndon Country Park just a short distance away. We have several good pubs in the village which serve great food and good ale as well as a fine selection of gins! We are well situated for easy access to the M (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) . We are conveniently located for West Horndon, Billericay and Shenfield train stations which are a short drive or taxi away. Please note we do not add a cleaning charge, our price is our price (other than Airbnb charge), we clean the property thoroughly ourselves and pride that our clients leave the property as they find it - therefore theres no huge extras when you pay.
